卷首语 中国经济，如何“增长”? 张  军    2011年，西方各国经济集体减速，世界经济下行风险明显增加，总体形势严峻。    国际金融危机迅速从美国向世界各地蔓延，从虚拟经济向实体经济扩散，从经济领域向社会领域辐射。美国面临经济衰退风险；欧洲经济停滞，债务风险加大。    2012年，全球债务危机和金融风险仍将存在。    欧债危机影响范围进一步扩大。截至目前欧盟采取的救助措施并未有效阻止欧洲主权债务危机的蔓延，债务危机将长期困扰发达经济体。同时全球继续面临通胀压力。尽管新兴经济体已经率先实现了复苏，但由于发达经济体持续宽松货币政策导致的全球流动性泛滥，新兴经济体国内的通胀压力不断加大。    以美国为首的发达国家仍然是世界经济的主导力量。新兴经济体在全球经济中的权重不断上升，被期望贡献于全球经济增长。有研究预计，2012年中国对全球经济增长的贡献度将达三分之一，整个新兴市场对全球经济增长的贡献度将达四分之三。这将是中国经济的发展方向，以及对世界经济模式的根本贡献吗?    资本主义在危机中谋求自我更新。被世界寄望于“增长”、并一直在以自己的方式快速增长的中国经济，如何真正改变依赖于土地资源、粗放生产、廉价竞争型的增长模式？西方资本主义自救语境中的“增长”，是否为中国经济发展之必须？    “中国”带给世界经济的如果只是简单的“增长”，那么这种增长必然不会首先是中国民生的增长。它也不可能给世界经济模式带来真正的转机。
